In this seminar, Tony will discuss going all the way from introducing dogs to vehicles to having them searching vehicles like a pro! Tony’s approach to training vehicles not only shapes a search pattern for vehicles but builds skills that are extremely useful in other venues.

Whether your dog is a seasoned veteran or a baby in the sport, this seminar will be beneficial in your adventure in the Companion Dog Detection Dog Sports.

Note: this seminar is designed so dogs only on primary, teams using a method of pairing and teams not pairing can still benefit.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

"Lots of good info & touched on advancing skills as well as problems we may have" Nancy V.

"So many light bulb moments. Tony’s wealth of knowledge. Just so many learning moments." Annette K.

"How Tony breaks down and explains everything." Lori Y.

"Tony himself. And also the emphasis on the dog leading the search." Jan F.

"Very organized presentation. Detailed descriptions of exercises. Video examples of exercises that show realistically what to expect. Discussion of what the dog might do when it goes "off script" and what the handler might do to support the dog." Adele M.

"Even though I have audited his virtual class for the same topic, Tony provided lots of additional insights and anecdotes. Like when he talked about if he only had time to do two things, it would be point to point and vehicles, Both provide great foundational skills.
I appreciate that Tony takes the time to really thoroughly answer all the questions and explain his rationale." Gwen B.

"The seminar was awesome! The focus on skill building and the training plan is perfect. Consideration as to hide placement, building a pattern and adding a hide that is out of context help to prepare for the unexpected. And helps the dog trust his nose.  Tony's ability to respond to questions with recommendations provide learning opportunities that are invaluable. Frankly I love anything Tony Gravley. Hopefully we will see more opportunities to learn with him in 2025. Advanced vehicle search, suspended hide training and working through the skills needed for participation in NW3 and detective level searches would be welcome. Thank you for working to bring the learning into my home!" Barbara L.
